Fruit ice Cream

Chocolate butter ice cream



  • Ingredients: (for 10 ice cream).




- 3 ripe avocado.


- 1,5 cups of fresh milk or soy milk.


- 4 tbsp (60ml) sweetened condensed milk.


Chocolate coating:


- About 115g of dark chocolate, cut small pieces (use 72% chocolate).


- Mold with cream.


- Ice cream.


- Blender.


  • Making:



- Put the meat of avocado, milk, and condensed milk into a blender very finely. After grinding, you can taste the sweetness, you need to add condensed milk or honey and continue to grind a little more.

- Pour the mixture into the mold until the cream pan is full. Put the popsicle stick in the mold and place in the freezer for at least 3 hours until the ice cream freezes.


- For dark chocolate melted, you can use the microwave or boiling water as you like. Turn the frozen popsicles into chocolate one at a time, then steep the popsicles so that the chocolate is covered evenly with whatever you want. Put the ice cream sticks back in the freezer to allow the chocolate to harden and the cream will not melt




Coconut lemon ice cream




  • Resources:



- 60ml lemon juice (about 4 small lemons).


- Peel of 3 shredded lemons.


- 250ml yogurt.


- 200ml of coconut milk.


- 55g powdered sugar.


- Blender, ice cream mold, and wood ice cream sticks.



  • Making:




- First, to make ice cream, you need to finely grind the zest of 3 lemons.

- Squeeze the juice of lemon juice with the skin.


- Add yogurt to the mixture.


- Next, add the icing sugar.


- Stir all ingredients in a bowl.


- Put the mixture in a blender with coconut milk. Then grind until smooth.


- Pour the mixture into each ice cream tray.


- Put wooden sticks in and refrigerate for about 3 hours, until the ice cream is frozen to enjoy it.



Watermelon lemon ice cream



  • Resources:



- Watermelon: 500g. For convenience when making ice cream, moms should choose seedless watermelon.


- Lemon: 1 fruit


- Yogurt: 2 boxes


- Sweetened condensed milk: 1/3 box (Depending on your sweet taste)


- Fresh cream (can use 200ml whipping box of 200ml)
