Step 1: Preliminary processing.




Meat washed, sliced ​​to taste.

Step 2: Marinate the seasoning




Put the meat in a pot with 2 teaspoons of fish sauce, 2 teaspoons of sugar, ½ teaspoon salt, ½ teaspoon pepper, less seasoning seeds, chili, garlic, finely chopped onions, and 1 teaspoon of cooking oil.




Mix well and marinate for at least 15 minutes to make the meat absorbed (remember to leave some garlic, minced chili to non-fragrant).




Marinate the meat first to allow the seasonings to dissolve evenly into the fibers to enhance the flavor.



Step 3: Processing




First, we heat the cooking oil, finely chopped shallots, then stir fry the meat well.




Until we see the bacon gradually hunted and cooked, we add spices: fish sauce, seasoning seeds, white sugar, chopped chili, and colored water. Pour into cold water to cover the surface of the meat, then cover, cook with a simmer.




Finally, we boil until the water is nearly empty and thick, then we season it with spices depending on the taste, then turn off the stove for chopped scallions on top and we have finished this stock.
