Grilled tofu

Sauce for grilled meat, soy sauce, dill powder, spring onion, paprika (if eaten spicy), cooking oil.
Cut white tofu about 7-8 mm thick. Remember to cut the beans too thick because thick-cut beans will not absorb, too thin, beans easily crushed. Gently pat the tofu just cut to drain.
Mix 1 teaspoon of barbecue sauce, 1 teaspoon of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of cumin powder, chopped scallions, and make a paste.
Put the tofu on a baking tray. If using an oil-free fryer, place a foil on the bottom, and place the tofu on top. Spread the sauce mixture on top of the tofu.

Put the bean tray in the oven, set to 180 degrees, bake for 15 minutes.
When finished baking the first time, spread 1 more layer of cooking oil over the beans. Put back in the fryer, bake for 5 minutes at 200 ° C.

Making:
Tofu washed through clean water, drained, cut into square pieces to taste. Break the egg into a bowl, add a pinch of salt, beat well. Pour the flour into a bowl, add a small teaspoon of the five flavors, mix well.
Place the fried dough in another bowl. Place three bowls of eggs, flour, and fried flour next to each other for easy handling. Turn the beans through the flour bowl, then the egg bowl, and the fried flour bowl, so that the dough is evenly wrapped around the tofu.
Boil cooking oil in a pan, drop the tofu, and fry all sides, remove the fat. Mix soy sauce with fresh chili, sprinkle with fried sesame to use as a dipping sauce.
